Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Also at the beginning of 2016, a new part of Deus Ex will see the light - a stealth action game, the events of which develop in the near future, when the upgrade of the human body has become an everyday thing. Mankind Divided will kick off in 2029, two years after Human Revolution. The struggle between the modified (approx. in the game - augmented) and ordinary people takes a new turn and the main character, the unchanged Adam Jenson, will have to plunge into the thick of things and make a moral choice, on which the fate of all mankind will depend.

Apparently, already successful game mechanics will not undergo much change. Players will be offered a lot of opportunities for character development and freedom in choosing how to complete the mission.

Tom Clancy's The Division

Genre: Multiplayer Online Shooter / RPG

The Division just like the game above, it will send us to a near, but sadder future: the whole world is engulfed in a pandemic (note - in other words, a deadly epidemic), chaos, devastation, etc. are all around. The player is invited to take the role of one of the agents of the super secret unit The Division, which is free to act regardless of the orders of the command. The goal is to eliminate the consequences of the pandemic and destroy those responsible.

The developers of Tom Clancy's The Division put a special emphasis on the development of the hero - the game will have a rather extensive skill tree for a tactical shooter. Depending on the chosen development path, your own unique style of play will also be formed. In addition, the game will be much more exciting in co-op, as there will be more opportunities for tactical maneuvers, and with a well-coordinated team, you can feel like real heroes.

Hitman

Genre: Stealth Action

After a four-year vacation, the assassin agent with code number 47 will return to our screens, and with him, according to the developers, he will return to the series everything for which we liked to look at the bald head with a barcode.

The system of contracts will return to the game, checkpoints will sink into oblivion, and each task will need to be carefully planned: study the routes, habits of the victim, find a way to disable or neutralize the guards, pick up the appropriate arsenal. In addition to direct murder, it will be possible to set up an accident.

As we noted in the report from E3 2015, specially for the Playstation 4 will be developed additional missions and only on that platform will the beta version of the game be available.

It is worth highlighting that the game will be distributed sporadically.

Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps

Capcom decided to change the format of the franchise resident evil for the sake of European gamers and current trends. Therefore, Umbrella Corps will be an online shooter. The events of the game will unfold in the Resident Evil universe, immediately after the end of the sixth part, at the end of which the Umbrella Corporation was destroyed. However, there are still many small companies that want to take over their technology. The side of one of them will be occupied by the players.

Gamers will have to confront each other in zombie-infested quarters in narrow rooms and basements. The developers are betting on a sense of claustrophobia, so, for example, the player will be in gloomy rooms, hearing the sounds of a crowd of approaching zombies, but not knowing where to expect an attack.

Dark Souls 3

Now it's hard to believe that the very first part of the series - Demons Souls, From Software was not even going to release outside of Japan. This time, players will have four factions at their disposal: gnomes, greenskins, vampire counts and humans. Naturally, ardent fans of the respected series will not like such a change of direction, but on the other hand, the Warhammer Fantasy universe is one of the most unique and original.

In addition, now it will certainly not be possible to complain about the monotony of the warring parties. Add to that massive Total War-style battles and this game has what it takes to be the best strategy 2016.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst

Closer to the summer will be the release of Mirror's Edge Catalyst - a restart of the game six years ago. According to the directors of the game, the plot of Catalyst will be built in such a way that the player learns as much as possible about Faith, the main character of the game. Perhaps we will see how the regime that she has to fight was born, and learn more fully why Faith chose the path of the running.

The DICE studio is responsible for the development, and these guys, as experience shows, certainly do not blunder, so we are waiting for a good story and, of course, first-person parkour.

Dishonored 2

Sequel to one of the best stealth action games recent years, the events of which start 15 years after the end of the first part. During this time, Emily Kaldvin, the daughter of the murdered Empress, managed to grow up. And the player at the very beginning will be given a choice of two characters - an old friend of Attano Corvo and the aforementioned Emily. It will be impossible to change your choice during the game. Thus, it will be possible to restore justice on the island empire at least twice: for each passage. Since, according to the developers, the gameplay for each character will be significantly different, despite the fact that the storyline will be the same.

Homefront: The Revolution

The Revolution will continue the story of the struggle of the brave American rebels against the ruthless Korean invaders. The story mode of the first part was frankly weak, but the network battles were quite up to par. Therefore, the game, at least, you can wait for the network mode.

I would like to say Doom 4, but no - the new part is a restart and rethinking of the entire series. In all likelihood, the plot plot will be from the category - people mistakenly opened a portal to another world teeming with monsters, and they fell down, turning out to be bloodthirsty fellows. But who cares about the plot? After all, the main thing in Doom is the gameplay, or rather, that very feeling of drive, when you catch the right rhythm, it's hard to stop. And even though, as we wrote earlier in the announcement, the developers added hands as weapons, the fact that the gameplay may become slower due to the landmark on the console is depressing - this will no longer be Doom. What happens in the end - we'll see in the spring.

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter

Considering the fact that Sherlock Holmes: Crime and Punishment is a great example of how to make games of this kind, and the studio has a lot of experience in games about the most famous detective of all time, it is highly likely that the game will come out worthwhile.

It’s just that it won’t be easy to do this, because in addition to the true threads of the investigation, there will also be false ones, which will lead to the fact that the innocent will be punished. True, no missions other than how to survive at any cost are foreseen in DayZ, so the players themselves are looking for something to do.

Mafia 3

The long-awaited third part of the Mafia will tell the story of a black guy named Lincoln, who, upon returning from the Vietnam War to his native New Orleans, is forced to join the criminal showdown and create his own syndicate.

The developers promise a story with a twisted plot, a detailed recreation of the culture of the 60s, believable gunfights, as well as dashing car chases of that time.

Horizon: Zero Dawn

Traditionally, we expect a lot of cars from all the world's manufacturers, plus real-life cars, carefully transferred to the digital world. Gran Turismo Sport will allow you to compete or simply ride for pleasure on all the famous tracks on all continents with an unsurpassed level of realism.

The Last Guardian

Genre: Adventure

This game can be safely called an exclusive long-term construction. Its development began back in 2007 for the Playstation 3, but The Last Guardian will be released only in 2016. The main character is an unnamed boy who is trying to get out of the ruins of a huge castle. On his way to freedom, he will meet Trico - a huge strange creature that will become the hero's companion during the game. In order to get out, the player will need to solve puzzles, and sometimes resort to the help of Trico. Key Feature The Last Guardian is that Trico will not always and immediately obey the player. It will be necessary to take care of him: find food, clear the way further, heal wounds. In addition, the developers are hinting at a non-trivial outcome with an open ending.

Quantum Break

Microsoft has high hopes for this game. Judge for yourself: the person who wrote the plot of Alan Wake was hired as a screenwriter, the game was announced on the same day as the console, and a person involved in quantum physics was hired as a consultant.

What about quantum physics? Here's the thing: according to the plot, after an unsuccessful experiment with time, three, including the main character, gained all sorts of superpowers related to time and alternative worlds. And since the creators of the game plan to back up what is happening on the screen with real science, a quantum physicist is hired. Therefore, from Quantum Break we expect not only a non-linear plot, but also something special in terms of gameplay.

Apart from the fact that Keiji Inafune, the creator of Metroid Prime, is working on this game, and that the girl will go on a dangerous adventure with her robot friend, nothing else is known about ReCore. But, potentially, the project can be very attractive.
