Will star wars battlefront 3 work. System requirements for Star Wars Battlefront

It’s worth starting with what they tried to make a “game for everyone”. In other words, we are hammered into the head: “I watched at least one movie - quickly enter the game - everything is here, you will like it!". This is partly true, casual players feel great here, but hardcore players and people from the country have clearly been squeezed out.

Let's analyze everything point by point.

Graphics and optimization

This time it's a positive block. There are almost no complaints about the graphics, the locations are recreated carefully and with love, the models look nice and do not experience any bugs. In general, the unique style of the universe is recognizable, including the transfer of sounds and music from the films.

And not only the owners of top-end cars will be able to enjoy a good picture, optimization is on top - however, like in previous games on this engine. The secret of the developers is also that the technology was used with the transfer of real static objects into the virtual space (photogrammetry). Hence the feeling that sometimes you watch a movie, but do not play.

Even if you are not a fan of Star Wars, you still feel a kind of delight when you enter the game. Maybe the music is epic, or maybe the battlefields are impressive in scale; or you are simply glad that your 5-year-old old computer pulls it all at high. Yes, yes, with long downloads, and with 16 GB of RAM, watch and learn how you can optimize games.

Co-op

Co-op in the game paid a lot of attention. The survival mode is not made too banal, there are even hints of some kind of plot, small cut-scenes and tasks.

Alas, there is very little cooperative, and the bots are stupid, like traffic jams. As a result, the impression after the first card - "Damn, cool, it's a pity there are only 4 missions", - passes into the impression after the 3rd - “Hmm, well, boredom, I’d better go to multiplayer”. Therefore, it may be for the best that few cards were made for the joint shooting of bots.

Playing here alone or trying to feel the atmosphere is useless.

A few words about the "1 on 1" and "Training" modes. As for me, they are made exclusively for show and housewives (or for evenings on consoles), because there is almost no interest in them; suitable only for the very beginner players or your girls.

Review title Vasily Great game that was destroyed by donat

Rating 5 for the initial product, 3 for what they did with the game in 3-4 months after the release. Make for the game for 4 (now 2500, I bought when it cost 4000) thousand a bunch of paid DLC, in which not cosmetic items and cards, but 1-2 cards and about 5 weapons that either kill with a shot or shoot at supersonic speed. Another story about how a quality game is turned into a pile of banknotes, with which krivorukovy monkeys throw at the publishers of the game.

The old-new Battlefront was obviously not done on the knee and the task of conquering the hearts of the fans of the Star Wars universe was completed with a bang! That's just those who bought the GAME, and not the motivation, in fact, were left out of the lot. There is nothing here that could attract an ordinary gamer and the world of SW itself, because the game offers nothing but nostalgic. Instead of a loner, a skill test with a friend? A juicy picture, which, in the heat of the chaos that is happening on multiplayer maps, is there simply no time to enjoy? Or the ability to slap (DO NOT SHEAR) with a glowing bat (NOT A SWORD) opponents on the hat? I'm a fan of SW, but on top of everything else, I'm also a gamer who perfectly understands that you can't fly away on a single fan of a distant galaxy on the Millennium Falcon! I'm glad that DICE's SWB doesn't have the number III, and I'm disappointed that the word starter pack is not present in this name. But even after all the special stages that have come out, the scales are leaning towards the word HELP, and not the word game. SWB - fun shooter and nothing more! 3*

Review title Bozziz KS****!

Servers are falling, lags even on debriefs and statistics, the polygons of everything moving can be simplified right under your nose. There is practically no choice in the lobby, it connects randomly, sometimes at the very end of the match, co-op and strategy are not in honor - they don’t shine, they don’t wear, they don’t capchat; sometimes there is a heal or a heavy support, but rather unintentional - no one looks around, only frag grind (and this despite the fact that frags are cheaper than tasks in terms of rating points), to the point that snipers from different teams can camp back to back on high-altitudes , but on average - blind rubilovo and skirmish. The maps are tiny, the scenery is catchy and monotonous, the physics is foam plastic, and there is a huge delay to control. Drink some wine and a complete lack of matchmaking - zeros and eighties in one heap. The single is about nothing, there is no campaign - they ruined everything, but they could have made a chic remake of the second part for the nextgen. The best thing about the game is the heroes, but the Vader demo is enough for that kind of fun. The rest is quite tough and raw cactus, don't chew it!

Tomorrow will begin open beta testing of the mega-promotional game Star Wars battlefront production DICE. Will your computer handle the novelty? If you do not have an old rusty bucket, then there should be no problems.

Minimum system requirements for Star Wars Battlefront

  • system: 64-bit Windows 7 or higher
  • Processor: Intel i3 6300T or equivalent
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Video Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2 GB or ATI Radeon HD 7850 2 GB
  • DirectX: 11.0

Recommended System Requirements for Star Wars Battlefront

  • system: 64-bit Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i5 6600 or equivalent
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • at least 40 GB of free hard disk space
  • Video Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 970 4 GB or AMD Radeon R9 290 4 GB
  • DirectX: 11.0
  • internet connection from 512 kbps

Particularly surprising is the requirement for RAM - isn't it too much? It looks like the guys from DICE don't care much about optimization now, just like they didn't care before. Recall Battlefield 4 - they cried that there was not enough memory for consoles and cut the functionality (the same unfinished shield that could have allowed firing from a pistol), but they poked a bunch of Easter eggs that also eat memory.

Am I looking forward to something wow-wow from the future Star Wars? No, the whole Lucasian universe seems to me the wildest nonsense for preschool and younger children. school age. It's like the Teletubbies in space. But I will definitely participate in MBT in order to form my opinion, having touched this, as many prematurely claim, “masterpiece”. Let's see what kind of piu-piu they have prepared for us. If there is no laser shotgun, I will be very disappointed 🙂

On November 17, the long-awaited sequel to the famous Star Wars game comes out. In Battlefront 2, a story campaign appears that tells the story of a girl named Iden Versio, the commander of the elite Imperial special forces unit Inferno. The Star Wars Battlefront II campaign spans 30 years of Star Wars mythology and recounts major episodes in Iden's life. It is through her eyes that we will see the destruction of the second Death Star, meet with Luke Skywalker, learn about Eden's participation in the secret Operation Ashes and her service in the ranks of the First Order. Story Campaign the second part offers to look at the familiar universe from a completely different angle, telling the story from the point of view of the Empire, not the rebels.

There are 4 main classes of fighters in the game: shooter, heavy fighter, officer and specialist. In addition to them, there are special heroes- legendary Jedi and Sith like Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Darth Maul and just heroes of the movie saga - Han Solo, Boba Fett, Lando Calrissian and others. In addition to the above, it is possible to control military equipment: AT-ST and AT-AT walking tanks, AAT-class assault tanks, fighters, bombers, and so on. A lot has been added to Star War Battlefront II game modes: "Galactic Battle" - a battle among 40 players and a lot of military equipment, "Heroes vs. Villains" - players fight only for the key heroes of the saga, "Battle" - a compact version of the Galactic Battle, and the highlight - "Battle of Starfighters", where players fight on fighters and bombers in space.

Here is a test configuration of Alex's site

The last quarter of 2017 has come and the release of the new STAR WARS Battlefront 2 is already nearing. This time, the creators must greatly expand and supplement the game's multiplayer, a full-fledged single player company will appear, but most importantly, how will STAR WARS Battlefront 2 work on a weak PC or laptop. We tried to find out the subtleties and nuances of launching on weak computers in the test videos below.

This time, STAR WARS Battlefront 2 tests on weak PCs and laptops were held in an augmented stand

  • First configuration to run:
  • Processor: AMD FX 6300 (6 cores, but 4 cores are disabled to get 2 cores for a super weak PC)
  • RAM: 4 GB (then I tried 8), plus 5 GB of the swap file (for a total of 9), because even on the minimum setting STAR WARS Battlefront 2 requires 8 GB
  • Video card: GeForce GT 630 1 GB DDR3 and 128 bit bus
  • Microphone: Blue Snowball

Conclusion: you can start the game and even start playing, but it was found out by experience that strong friezes appear on 2 cores for several seconds, so it’s almost impossible to play.

  • Second configuration to run:
  • Processor: AMD FX 6300 (6 cores, but 2 cores disabled to get 4 cores for a weak PC)
  • Mat. Board : ASUS M5A78L-M LX-3
  • RAM: 4 GB (later I set it to 8), plus 5 GB of the swap file (9 in total), because even at the minimum setting STAR WARS Battlefront 2 requires 8 GB
  • Video Card: GeForce GTX 550 1 GB DDR5 and 192 bit bus
  • HDD : 500 GB (all games for tests on it)
  • SSD: Micron C400 256 GB (it runs Windows 7 64 bit)
  • Microphone: Blue Snowball
  • Third configuration to run:
  • Processor : AMD FX 6300 (6-core for medium PC)
  • Mat. Board : ASUS M5A78L-M LX-3
  • RAM: 12 GB (paging file 0)
  • Video card : Radeon HD 7870 2 GB DDR5/ 256 bit
  • HDD : 500 GB (all games for tests on it)
  • SSD: Micron C400 256 GB (it runs Windows 7 64 bit)
  • Microphone: Blue Snowball
  • Fourth configuration to run:
  • Processor: AMD FX 6300 (6-core, overclocked to 4.3 GHz for a powerful PC)
  • Mat. Board : ASUS M5A78L-M LX-3
  • RAM: 12 GB (paging file 0)
  • Video Card : GeForce Gigabyte GTX 1060 6 GB Windforce OC 6 GB DDR5/ 192 Bit
