List and overview of all black mountain adventure cards. Blackrock Blackrock Heroic Pass on Standard Maps

Blackrock Depths is the first part of the second Hearthstone adventure. It's no secret that the reward for completing the Blackrock Mountain adventure is a unique card back, as was the case in the Curse of Naxxramas adventure. We will describe to you the shortest way to achieve your goal.

Koren Direbrew (Gloomy Glutton)

Koren Direbrew is the first boss of the Blackrock Mountain adventure. The hero power of this boss is a bunch of small! - allowed the Glutton to summon one creature for herself and the enemy for free. AT heroic mode game, this ability could not remain unchanged - now Koren summons 2 creatures for himself and one for you. This ability, as in normal mode e game, is completely free and is automatically used at the beginning of each boss turn.

Strategy for playing against Koren Direbrew on Heroic Difficulty

The tactics and strategy of playing Heroic mode against this boss is not much different from the tactics of playing in normal mode. The essence of the deck is the same - include as many strong creatures as possible without the ability battle cry, as it won't work when casting a creature with the boss's hero power. Add some removal spells to your deck that will help you cope with the opponent's early onslaught - be prepared for the fact that Grumpy Glutton will flood his entire board with strong creatures in a very short time, which will be a very, very difficult task to deal with.

It's also a good idea to include both copies of Psychic Technician in your deck - they will help you reduce the advantage that Direbrew's ability gives him. Don't forget about the Experienced Hunter.

So, to summarize: leave in starting hand only spell removal (the exceptions are Mental Technician and Experienced Hunter), we send the rest of the creatures to the deck, aiming for Koren to summon them with the help of his hero power. However, even if you do everything right, we cannot guarantee you victory - in this confrontation, a lot will depend on luck. So, if the boss already has two Power Tanks on the first turn, it would be best to restart the match.

Dark Iron Arena (Judge Grimstone)

The second boss of Blackrock Depths and the whole adventure, as you remember, is Judge Grimstone. Taunting Crowd - This Hero Power allows the boss to summon a 1/1 Spectator onto the battlefield with the ability provocation. In Heroic game mode, this ability will become cheaper, which guarantees its use by the Judge at the beginning of each of his turns. The deck of the Judge has not changed, it also consists entirely of legendary cards.

Strategy for playing against Judge Grimstone in Heroic game mode

Initially, it may seem that this boss has remained virtually unchanged compared to the normal game mode (reducing the cost of his Hero Power by one mana crystal can not be taken into account). However, it will only seem that way at first. The judge starts the game with four mana crystals already, and he also received an increase in his health in the form of fifteen points of armor. These changes will have to be taken into account - a fast aggro deck will no longer be relevant here.

Now you will have to radically change the strategy of your game and build a powerful and reliable control deck with a large number of mass and individual cleaning spells. Try to instantly destroy every minion that Grimstone dares to play, remembering to expose your minions in the process. You will be able to exhale freely when and only when the health of the second boss of the Blackrock Mountain adventure drops to 0.

Emperor Thaurissan

The hero power of the last boss of the Blackrock Depths wing is Might of the Firelord. It is identical to the ability of this boss in the normal game mode and allows you to deal 30 damage for just two mana crystals. However, as in normal mode, Thaurissan will only gain access to his ability after the death of his wife, Moira Bronzebeard.

Thaurissan Deck

  • Fire Imp x2
  • Leprognome x2
  • [Fiery Ax] x2
  • Treasure Collector x2
  • Unstable Ghoul x2
  • Fiery Heart x4
  • Imp gang leader x2
  • Ax Thrower x2
  • Dark Iron Dwarf x2
  • Bite of Death x2
  • Abomination x2
  • Dark Iron Slipper x2
  • Fire elemental x2
  • Wave of fire x2

Strategy for playing against Emperor Thaurissan in Heroic mode

Confronting Emperor Thaurissan in the Heroic mode of the game is many times harder than in the normal one. The Emperor will start the game with a summoned Moira Bronzebeard on the board as expected, but her attack/defense will now be 3/1. As a result, your game may end after the death of one Unstable Ghoul or Abomination, as well as after the death rattle of the Death Bite weapon is triggered. Thaurissan himself will kill his beloved, and, as always, you will be to blame. Therefore, the Priest and Paladin are the two classes that are able to somehow protect the boss's wife from the rash actions of her husband. Or deliberate, who will understand it.

Whereas in normal game you could heal Moira Bronzebeard from the start, you won't have those options in Heroic. First you need to somehow increase the health of your wife, and only then it is constantly restored. The Power Word: Shield card is great for the task at hand. There is another card that will play even better on Moira Bronzebeard than the previous one - this is the Mad Alchemist. Not only will it raise the indicators of the selected target to three indicators, but it will also reduce the amount of damage inflicted on you (after all, 3 in the face every turn is very painful).

Never include in your deck creatures with the ability provocation! Moira will thoughtlessly kill herself against your taunt, and Thaurissan will therefore take long and cruel revenge on you. Although no - not for long.

Mechanical Yeti is another card to refrain from picking. This minion's death rattle has a chance to put a piece of Time Turner into your opponent's hand. Thaurissan will not miss the chance to take advantage of the opportunity that has arisen and will instantly return his spouse to his hand. Then he will shoot you. By the way, playing the Hunter and including the Frost Trap in the deck, you can observe how it will have the same effect.

If you decide to play as a Paladin, be sure to include in your deck such cards as the Seal of Kings, Aldor Peacemaker and Humility. You can cast your first spell on the boss's wife and then reduce her attack to 1 with two latest maps. You can also place divine shields on Moira Bronzebeard - one such shield is guaranteed to protect her for at least one turn.

Budget Warrior Deck vs Emperor Thaurissan on Heroic Difficulty

In the previous article, we wrote, and now it's time for the fourth wing - Blackwing Lair. In this article, we have also selected the most suitable Decks for Heroic Blackrock Mountain. You can also use these decks for normal mode. You can read the description of the bosses of the fourth wing in this one.

1. Heroic Mode - Razordeath the Indomitable.

Strategy:

  • In Heroic mode, Razordeath has 30 HP and 15 armor.
  • He starts the fight off on the table.
  • The main goal in this match is to prevent the eggs from hatching, otherwise a much more dangerous mob will come out of the egg -.
  • Cheap creatures will help you deal with the eggs.
  • It makes sense to add healing cards to your deck.
  • Razordeath has Bloodlust in the deck, so we try to clean the board as best we can, and counter the eggs first or death awaits you.

List of decks for passing in Heroic mode - Razordeath the Indomitable:

Paladin Deck: Warlock Deck:

Priest Deck:

2. Heroic - Valestrasz the Vicious.

Strategy:

  • In Heroic Difficulty, Valestrasz has 30 HP and 15 Armor.
  • This match will have a very high tempo due to the hero's ability. Each turn we will draw 3 cards.
  • Keep in mind that fatigue will start ticking on turn 7 if Valestrasz doesn't use Close to Nature.
  • It's easy to beat Valestraz if you give him a reverse mill. That is, we take a mill deck and kill in his style.
  • Decks with very cheap creatures will also be effective against Valestrasz, since we will be able to put up a lot of creatures every turn and the board will be under our control.

Hunter Deck: Druid Deck:

3. Heroic mode - Chromaggus.

Strategy:

  • In Heroic mode, Chromaggus has 60 HP and no armor.
  • Each turn we will receive one of the Dragon Magic cards in our hand.
  • The first five cards will be in this order:,. But after that, the cards will come across in random order.
  • will go up a lot if you cast a lot of spells. Silence will be a good choice and try to kill this mob as quickly as possible.
  • But better save the Silence cards for the Twilight Dragons, Chromaggus likes to play them with stats around 4/8.
  • Chromaggus can be easily defeated using the Kel'Thuzad combo + taunts.
  • Alexstrasza will also be good if you can live up to 9 mana.

List of decks for passing in Heroic mode - Chromaggus:

Druid Deck: Priest Deck:

4. Heroic mode - Lord Victor Nefariy.

Strategy:

  • Lord Victor Nefarius in Heroic Difficulty transforms into a dragon on his first turn and has 30 hp and 50 armor.
  • Unlike normal mode, Ragnaros will give us only one random card at the start of the game.
  • The boss will have 10 mana starting from his second turn, because of this, he will be able to grab the advantage very quickly. So the removals in this match are the key cards.
  • Don't forget that Nefarius' Hero Power copies a random class spell, so be prepared for the worst.

I want to tell you about how I went through the bosses of the first quarter of the Black Mountain, which is called " Blackrock Depths". I do not have all the cards, and my legendaries can be counted on the fingers of one hand (if you count the legendary cards of Naxxramas), so I collected decks from what was. Therefore, it seems to me that the decks described by me below may well claim the title of " budgetary».

Sullen glutton

First boss - Coren Hudovar, which lives in the Grim Glutton. He is able to put 2 cards from his deck on the table for 0 mana, and to equalize the chances, so be it, put 1 card from your deck on the table. Also, the Take them! spell can cause a lot of problems, which allows you to summon 4 provocations with 1/1 characteristics on the field for 3 mana.

But all problems are easily solved if you have large cards and AoE spells. Simply select the Mage class, open the Collector's Album at 7+ mana, and collect all creatures that cost 5 mana or more and/or have stats of 5/5 or more. It is very important to take the Hero of Stormwind; several cards with Stealth - Stealth Assassin , Tiger of Stranglethorn ; several large provocateurs or such provocateurs who are difficult to kill with one blow - Lord of the arena, Servant of the sun; several cards with Divine Shield - Power Tank (they can be successfully exchanged with enemy creatures).

Now we need to somehow delay the enemy, because he always has more creatures on the field, thanks to his "class" ability. Therefore, we will need freezing spells of mass destruction. Cone of Cold, Blizzard, Nova of Ice - take everything you have.

Several secrets can be loaded into the load, such as Anti-Magic (to prevent the appearance of small provocateurs from the Take Them spell!) and Reflected Essence. Mirror copies will help delay the enemy for a turn, giving you room to maneuver.

Mage Deck

Arena

I think that Judge Grimstone- The hardest of the 3 bosses in Blackrock Depths. From the start, he overtakes the player by 3 units of mana and operates on the table exclusively legendary cards. And besides, he summons the Taunting Crowd to his side for free - a provocation with 1/1 stats.

Saves only that not all legendaries are equally useful, and at the start of the fight, Grimstone can play Millhouse Manastorm or Lorewalker Cho, both of which help rather than harm the player. He also has Blood Mage Thalnos and Nat Pagle at his disposal, which at least have unpleasant effects, but are not critical and give the player one more move to come up with a way out of this situation.

But the smart one will not go uphill - the smart one will bypass the mountain. Therefore, I believe that you should take advantage of the calm before the storm, and starting from the first turns, force the board with small creatures, break through 1/1 provocateurs and deal as much damage to Grimstone each turn as possible in order to manage to defeat the boss before large creatures appear on his field.

For this in starting hand it is highly desirable to have Pull the Dogs and the Juggler with Daggers. It's also nice to get Tracking from the start, with which you can try to get desired card, for example, the Timber Wolf, which will strengthen the dogs, or the Carrion Hyena, which can buff from their death. Fortunately, there are always a lot of creatures on the opponent’s field, so you can play Defeat the Dogs almost at any time.

A few secrets will also come in handy: Explosive trap - to destroy 1\1 provocateurs, Frost trap - to return especially large ones to the enemy’s hand legendary and Snake Trap, playing the same role as Let the Dogs Down.

It is best to start developing an attack when Millhouse Manastorm appears on the enemy field: you can play many useful spells for 0 mana. Also King Mukla can help with bananas.

Hunter Deck

Emperor Thaurissan

The easiest boss in Blackrock Depths. Due to the fact that Thaurissan's wife does not allow him to use the ability (30 damage for 2 mana), all of his awesome power comes to naught. The main thing to have in the deck more cards with Nemota. Hence the conclusion that you need to take the Priest with the class spell of the same name, Ironbeak and Spellbreaker.

They will come in handy at the moment when Thaurissan puts on the field

Blackrock Mountain is a new Hearthstone adventure similar to Curse of Naxxramas. Each Blackrock boss will reward you with 31 cards (22 for normal mode and 9 for challenges for each class), which you can see below.

Passing Blackrock Mountain is difficult, unless you are a beginner. In this case, I recommend using base deck Priest, you can watch the video of the passage of the Black Mountain bosses with this deck below.

Blackrock Passage

In a series of these videos, I will try to go through ALL the bosses of Black Mountain, which you can see by clicking on the picture on the right. This is just for your convenience: with dice available to each card, you can change any of them into cards of the same cost. However, it should be noted that new cards must have a high health parameter, otherwise victory over one or another Blackrock boss is not guaranteed. Since, there may not be a positive effect from healing new creatures at all.

At this stage, we need two decks. The first deck for General Drakkisath, just place the fattest creatures and cards that will allow you to destroy creatures with 5 health and above (the bow of the hunter, which you can see in the video, is ideal, because it allows you to kill two creatures at once for 1 mana).

The second deck that you will need to complete the Blackrock Mountain at this stage is the mage deck for Rend Blackhand (the boss’s basic ability is extremely strong and he simply cannot be defeated with the priest’s basic deck). I made it from basic cards, using spells that will help get rid of creatures with health 1 and 4. You can take more mass spells.

However, as I said earlier, defeating the Blackrock bosses in normal difficulty is not difficult, so all my warnings can be quite trivial.
