But the criminal past does not let the hero go, so he gets involved in a series of events from which there is no way back without blood and murder. Of course, it is best to play the game in Russian. It is known that Rockstar Games do not dub their projects into languages ​​other than English. Therefore, you have to be content with only translated subtitles. In this article, you can learn how to make Russian in GTA 4.

Official crack

Despite the fact that the game has many elements in Russian (a radio station, replicas of passers-by, inscriptions on shops), it will not be possible to understand the essence of the plot in the English version without knowing the language. If for any reason you are playing a foreign version, then you need to install the crack.

You can install the translation both on the pirated version and on licensed game from the Steam store. You can use the official patch or install third party builds.

The first option is to download the crack from the official site and use it to make the Russian language in GTA 4. To do this, you need to go to the site and click on the button with the name of the language.

After that, unpack the archive and install the patch on the current version of the game. Then you need to go to "GTA 4" and open Options. Then go to the subsection "Display - Language - Russian" and apply the changes. If the subtitle settings did not change immediately, then restart the game.
